Sébastien Duchesne Le Mével est né et a grandi au Havre, ville ou l'ambiance portuaire et l'architecture graphique ont toujours excité sa création pour l'image.
Son goût pour la mode et les mises en scène l'amène à travailler pour des journaux locaux, nationaux et internationaux ainsi qu'à réaliser des books pour des acteurs et des mannequins. Son talent remarqué par Paco Rabanne lui offre l'opportunité d'accéder au domaine très fermé de la mode.
Passionné de musique, Sébastien est amené tout naturellement à réaliser des photos de concerts. Mais ce sont ses portraits d'artistes qui vont le révéler pleinement :  Le succès de la photo du chanteur Terence Trent d'Arby posant avec un tournesol parue dans Le Monde lui vaudra de poser sa signature : « le photographe aux fleurs ». 
Sébastien met également en lumière l'équipe Nationale féminine de Handball  façon « mode et studio », et participe ainsi à la valorisation du sport féminin. Sa série noir et blanc intitulée « Hand Belles » débouchera entre autre sur une exposition itinérante. 
Toujours inspiré par la passion de l'image, il multiplie les reportages et les rencontres. De nombreux magazines prestigieux le publient : La Croix, Madame Figaro, Télérama ou encore Le Parisien. 
Animé en permanence par de nouvelles idées et sensibilités (écologie, ornithologie, reportages artisans...), il n'a pas fini de faire parler de lui car, comme il le dit lui-même « Le meilleur reste à venir ».

Sébastien Duchesne Le Mével was born and raised in Le Havre, a city where the harbor atmosphere and graphic architecture have always excited his creation for the image.
His taste for fashion and staging led him to work for local, national and international newspapers as well as making books for actors and models. His talent noticed by Paco Rabanne gives him the opportunity to access the very closed domain of fashion.
Passionate about music, Sébastien is naturally led to make concert photos. But it is his portraits of artists who will reveal him fully. The daily French newspaper Le Monde chose Sébastien's picture of the singer Terence Trent d'Arby posing with a sunflower to illustrate an article about this famous artist. It will give him his signature : « the photographer with the flowers ».
Sébastien also highlights the National Women Handball team in a « fashion and studio » way, and thus contributes to the promotion of women's sport. His black and white series entitled "Hand Belles" will lead, among other things, to a traveling exhibition.
Always inspired by the passion of the image, he multiplies photo reports and meetings. Many prestigious magazines have published him: La Croix, Madame Figaro, Télérama or Le Parisien.
Constantly animated by new ideas and sensitivities (environment, ornithology, reports on artisans...), we have not heard the last of him; as he himself says : « The best is yet to come ! ».
